Video Upload is a Bitch!

Uploading video to this site is a fucking bitch! I'll get one uploaded and then anything I try after that just hangs; for hours if I let it go. Sometimes the interface to pick the video on my hard-drive doesn't even work. I can click the button til doomsday and just nothing, absolutely nothing happens.

Have any of you guys had this problem? If so, have you found any workarounds? Cos this is seriously hampering my bate time.....

I'm using Firefox (newest ver) by the way...
