I work with Photoshop a lot and have learned to spot the signs of an image being altered. On this one, there is a difference in the pixels where his "boner" is the rest of the image. It's fuzzy or blurry. It's been stretched to make that part bigger, thus blurring pixels. You can also tell on a lot of pics if there are little inconsistencies around the fake part. Someone who is patient and really knows photoshop well, though, could totally fake all kinds of stuff with almost noone ever knowing.
Just curious ... how can you tell when a pic looks faked?
